LED modules – a simple solution for complex effects

LEDs today are one of the most promising branches of industrial lighting. In addition to obvious factors, such as: brightness, low energy consumption and durability – they also differ in color shades and types of execution. 5050 LED modules are compact products with a set of LEDs. Distinguish between 2, 3 and 4-l-industry modules that differ in shape and number of lighting points. The module itself in size is quite small and is usually made in open form, but, if necessary, it can be covered with a special protective composition, which practically does not affect the brightness and shade of the diodes, but completely protects the electric circuit from external influences. After covering them, they can be installed not only in the open air, but even under water, without fearing for their safety.

Of course, despite the brightness, one module is not able to illuminate a large area, which is associated with the peculiarity of the device of the LEDs themselves. Therefore, many modules are usually used, connected into a single circuit (or several chains, to obtain complex effects). Given the fact that they are able to change their color and brightness with the help of a controller, with their help you can achieve almost any effects in the light. Unlike LED lines, the modules can be installed at different distance from each other, creating light sources of any shape and size (while all of them can be controlled from one controller). And given the small thickness of the modules (about 5mm), with their help you can cover almost anything.

Given the small size of the module, from them you can collect various programmable structures (up to light scoreboard), setting complex brightness parameters, color (in the case of RGB) and turning on time. The only serious minus of the LED modules is their low maintainability, but burnt can be easily and quickly replaced with a new. Unlike tapes and lines, the module is small in size, so the failure of one will not entail a complex repair. It is only necessary to replace the spoiled module, which is no more difficult to do than change the light bulb in a home chandelier. Also, the usual qualities of LEDs are fully inherent in modules – energy consumption of one is approximately equal to 1 W (depending on the model), and brightness is much higher than that of lamps of a different type of power. The durability of the modules is also higher than that of other types of lamps, and external conditions practically do not affect the quality of work.
