The roofing sandwich panel is a light and at the same time large-sized three-layer building structure: a metal sheathing on both sides, and between them is a special heat-insulating core, which is made of materials such as polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam or mineral wool slab.
Today, this roofing material occupies a rather capacious market “niche” in the general commodity segment of the presented direction. The area where roofing sandwiches find is quite wide: like administrative buildings, industrial buildings, attic roofs of cottages and the like.
Thanks to sandwich panels, high-speed construction of roofs and slopes is able to ensure and the load on the supporting walls, ceilings and the foundation base decline. Thermal insulation characteristics are so high that they do not miss the cold from the outside in the winter and heat outward. At the same time, they do not allow a deep heating of the roof from sunlight.
