The gravity of naturalness is relevant in our time, more than ever before. When designing the garden, we, the inhabitants of the city, often want to get a quiet and well -groomed corner of nature. British, truthful connoisseurs of severity and simplicity, back in the 18th century made their so -called “landscape”, the genre of the design of the park and garden territories, contrasting it with a difficult and unnatural French genre.
The characteristic specificity of the landscape design is its naturalness, for the arrangement of the site in the English genre you will not need to radically change the relief, or sacrifice the features of the landscape, even, from the first gaze, uncomfortable and not winning.

No less important and economy of such a plan – it does not require redevelopment of the site, everything – holes, swamps, puddles, mounds, protrusions of rocky breeds – will turn into expensive material to create a unique design.
If you decide to apply the usual genre in the design of the site, before everyone, mix for yourself any specifics of its surface and think for what it is especially comfortable, which would be advisable based on the landscape itself. In no case do not be burdened to symmetry and orderliness, your goal is the appropriate decoration of the givenness and its improvement with maximum convenience.
The classification should not interfere with the plan designated by nature – the paths should be paved in places, especially comfortable and adapted for this, avoid making them geometrically distinct, exclusively where the relief is opposed. Let your paths run between natural mounds and envelop the swampy areas, and do not fight them.
In reservoirs – ordinary or unnatural, but certainly with blurry boundaries, it is worth planting shrubs or trees, it is cool to plant them in groups, shying away from distinct rows, also playing the muds, do not turn them into typical flower beds – sow flowers freely, of course, correlated with your own taste for color combinations.
Do not forget about the benches for relaxation – arrange them in the shade, where large trees are more close, or large trees will be appropriate, light gazebos decorated with curly plants will also look great. Dense shrub plantings or hedges are wonderful as a fence.
Do not forget about the lawn, it can be completely small, but well -groomed. His presence is strict – primitive, unrelated grass meal, only emphasizes the rest of the features of your garden.
