The term “patina” means a natural coating formed on the surface of copper products under the influence of external influences. The decoration uses artificial patina, which is covered with materials using paint. A technique such as patining of gypsum stucco allowance allows you to create the effect of “aging”, which gives the product a shade of sophistication and nobility.
The simplest way to recreate the “bronze” plaque is performed if there is a minimum set of tools and consumables. The main thing is to choose the right shade of acrylic paint. And as a product, you can use, for example, a gypsum half a chapter.
Also, the work uses primer products, brushes and lips, dishes for paint and rags of x/b, which can be removed excess paint.
First, a primer is applied to the half -boat – evenly and throughout the area. Next, the composition of the paint is prepared. At this stage, black and white collars mix, after which the product is covered with this composition.
To obtain the effect of the “bronze” tide, it is necessary to use several shades: titanium white, light ocher, green color and chrome oxide. This composition covers the deepening capitals.
Gray is diluted with black to obtain a dark ring. With a clean brush, eliminating the excess paint with a cloth, with soft movements, the dark composition should be applied to the protruding parts of the capitals, creating the illusion of the scuffs of the plots from the patina.
